We just finished our first Alaskan Cruise. Learning of the North and seeing the beauty of one part of our planet, had a profound impact on both my wife and myself. As we talked about how we were impacted, we wondered if HAL had ever thought of approaching school divisions and offering an educational tour for kids. We see on TV the concern for protecting our planet but to see the beauty of our planet in person takes it to another level of awareness. I think it would take preparing some additional educational material that could be broadcast on the ship itself as the kids view the terrain and water life as they pass through it. Just a thought.
